These are watercolors I did in a studio art class I took to satisfy a "breadth requirement" for engineering majors at UC Irvine. They were all done with ink on newsprint using a one inch thick brush. The models were directed to change poses every few minutes to force the students to paint as rapidly as possible (hence "sketches"). I can't recall the exact year, but I would guess 1986... hard to believe these are almost 30 years old!
